Sounds like you are well on your way, good luck on the sour (I'd highly suggest my Berliner recipe, much quicker turn around than some of the others.)The Mad Fermentationist (Mike)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07379932734747507258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8066877917844499643.post-23193030639181215592010-05-10T11:17:02.280-04:002010-05-10T11:17:02.280-04:00I brewed this up as my first partial marsh about a...I brewed this up as my first partial marsh about a month ago, with some slight variations. I cracked one open last night, after 2w in the fermenter and 2 in the bottle, and it is amazingly drinkable. It has to be one of the best beers I've brewed yet(only been brewing for a few months).

I really like this blog and hope to try some of your other recipes, and maybe use them as a basis to create my own. Your work with sours has inspired me to jump into that funky end of brewing, and as soon as I get the stuff together to go all grain I'll probably do one on my 3rd all grain batch.Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02482925121144251497noreply@blogger.com
